Initial Integrative Evaluation
75-90 minutes | $350
Available in person or via telehealth
This comprehensive evaluation goes beyond a traditional psychiatric medication visit. In addition to our appointment, time is dedicated to reviewing medical records, previous laboratory results, and other relevant health information while considering the biological, nutritional, metabolic, hormonal, and lifestyle factors that may contribute to your symptoms. This thorough evaluation helps identify potential contributing factors and provides the foundation for a personalized treatment plan. Additional specialized testing, when recommended, is billed separately.
Medication is always discussed thoughtfully and used when it is the right tool as part of a bigger picture, not the only answer.
Integrative Follow-Up Visit
45-60 minutes | $250
Early in care, we’ll meet more frequently as we build your treatment plan together. The second visit focuses on reviewing any lab results, OAT testing, genomics, and other findings to map out your next steps. As things stabilize, we space visits out based on what you actually need.
These visits are a real conversation. We review how things are going, look at what’s shifting, and adjust your care thoughtfully. I may also coordinate with your primary care provider, therapist, or other members of your care team when that would be helpful. The goal is progress that feels steady and sustainable, not just managed.
Focused Follow-Up Visit
20-30 minutes | $150
Designed for established patients who are doing well and need a focused visit to review medications, supplements, or laboratory results. More complex concerns or comprehensive treatment planning may require a longer follow-up appointment.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care where you feel heard, understood, and never rushed. As a private-pay practice, I have the flexibility to focus on what matters most to you, without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies.
Many patients have out-of-network benefits that may help offset the cost of care. You can easily check your benefits below through Reimbursify, and I’m happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
