Initial Integrative Evaluation

75 minutes | $350

Available in person or via telehealth

Your first visit is designed to understand the whole picture. Whether you are seeking treatment for new symptoms, looking to optimize your current care, or interested in a more personalized approach, we work together to create a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. When clinically appropriate, targeted laboratory testing and/or specialty testing may be recommended. Medication is thoughtfully considered when appropriate and is one part of your care.

Integrative Follow-Up Visit

45 minutes | $250

Follow up visits are tailored to your individual needs. We review your progress, medications, lifestyle, laboratory results, and any recommended specialty testing while making thoughtful adjustments to your treatment plan. As your symptoms stabilize, visits are spaced based on your progress and goals.

Focused Follow-Up Visit

20 minutes | $150

Designed for focused medication management follow up for patients who are doing well with their current treatment plan. Longer follow up visits are available for more complex concerns or treatment planning.

Payment & Insurance

Luna Psychiatry is a private-pay practice dedicated to thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care.

Private pay allows for longer, more comprehensive visits with greater flexibility than traditional insurance-based care. This creates more time to explore the full picture, develop individualized treatment plans, and make decisions collaboratively based on your unique needs and goals rather than the limitations of an insurance model.

Many patients have out of network benefits that may help offset the cost of care. Reimbursify makes it easy to check your out of network benefits before your visit and submit claims for reimbursement after your appointment. A superbill is also available upon request.

**A Note on Lab Fees

Laboratory testing, including routine blood work, pharmacogenomic testing, and specialty testing, may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

These services are billed separately by the laboratory, and any out-of-pocket costs depend on the tests ordered and your insurance coverage.

I will always discuss the reason for any recommended testing, as well as any potential costs, before ordering labs.
