Yes. Medication is one of many tools I use to help patients feel better and is prescribed when it’s clinically appropriate. My goal is to use the lowest effective dose while helping you achieve lasting wellness.

If you’ve been taking medication for a long time and would like to reduce or discontinue it, I’m happy to work with you on a thoughtful, gradual deprescribing plan when it’s safe and appropriate.

Controlled medications may be prescribed in select situations, but they are not the focus of my practice. I do not provide long-term benzodiazepine management, and stimulant medications for ADHD are prescribed only after a comprehensive evaluation and when clinically appropriate.
